Digital Products

Because our products are digital and access are provided immediately after purchase, sales are generally final once the digital product, download, link, information, or access has been delivered or made available to you.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind after digital access has been provided
  • Failure to use or access purchased materials after successful delivery
  • Purchasing the wrong product when the product description clearly identifies what is included
  • Results, earnings, sales, or business outcomes not meeting expectations
  • Changes made by third-party suppliers, including pricing, availability, shipping costs, minimum order requirements, product specifications, or supplier terms

Problems With Your Purchase

Please contact us if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase
  • You purchased a product but did not receive the digital access you paid for
  • You received the wrong digital product
  • A technical issue prevents you from accessing your purchase and we are unable to resolve it

We will review legitimate access, delivery, and billing issues on a case-by-case basis.
